P-Sea WindPlot Version 7.16 features


P-Sea WindPlot 1 users NOTE: This is considered an upgrade from any version less than 7.0x at a list price of $100.00 USD. A key (dongle) exchange is NOT required for Navionics or P-Sea keys. Ask your local P-Sea Dealer for details.
Temp. Averaging (6/13/07)
New temp. gauges like Furuno's are more sensitive to any changes causing some erratic temperature display. We have added temp. averaging that is adjustable in the Track Type setup menu that should smooth out the temp. display.
Separate Waypoint list
A new waypoint file management system has been added to this version. This saves any waypoint made in any means to a separate list/file from the WindPlot mark list. This allows you to set a waypoint now directly from the waypoint icon on the plotter screen.
Remote Ethernet Display This version of P-Sea WindPlot II/Max can display the P-Sea WindPlot program on a remote monitor. You will not be able to control the program from the remote display but the good news is it does not require the purchase of any additional programs or options. It requires Ethernet connection between the remote and the main P-Sea WindPlot program.

Automatic Backup to memory sticks Just plug in a SD card or Memory stick and set the number of hours between backups and no more worries of lost data due to hard drive failure! The program makes a copy of ALL the data in P-Sea WindPlot program to the external memory device so that way your data is still there even if the computer completely fails to function again.
